Heritage Party Issues Formal Objection to Climate Emergency Infrastructure – Part 1

Climate Emergency Without Evidence – Heritage Party raises formal objections to solar projects, Net Zero schemes, and unproven emergency declarations.

Heritage Party has released an official policy letter opposing the continued approval of solar energy infrastructure, large-scale housing developments, and climate-related planning, on the basis of legal non-compliance, evidential failure, and environmental contradictions.

The letter, available in full via the link, is backed by months of Freedom of Information (FOI) responses from councils across the UK. These disclosures confirm that many local authorities:

  • Hold no local CO₂ data to support climate emergency declarations
  • Cannot justify housing targets with evidence of local need
  • Are approving solar and battery developments with no breakdown of funding or long-term viability planning
  • Are endorsing infrastructure that is strategically undermined by active geoengineering trials

The letter highlights that billions of pounds in public money are being allocated based on ideologically driven narratives, not on law, data, or public consent.

The Heritage Party will continue to challenge unlawful or unsound climate policy and advocate for democratic, evidence-based, and environmentally respectful planning.
